Cadence reported $1.49 billion in GAAP operating income for FY2025, equal to a 28.2% operating margin. The table's 44.6% figure is non-GAAP. Its $7.8 billion backlog gives investors useful visibility into contracted future work, although backlog is not the same thing as cash collected today.
